THE FORM OF THE WARRANTY

FOR PROFESSIONAL USE – PERIOD OF VALIDITY 6 MOUNTH FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

1. The duration of the warranty has effect from the date of the purchase and stop after the prescribed period also id the appliance hasn’t been used
2. In the warranty are included all substitution of parts or repairing necessary if the products has a defect in workmanship or in materials. The substitution and repairing of the appliance that has problems because of normal wear and tear, are not included in the warranty.
3. The warranty will be immediately stopped if the appliance appears tampered or damaged for negligence or carelessness of the customer (example falling, tear of cable, etc.) or if the warranty certificate doesn’t follow the appliance for repairing.
4. The substitution or repairing, considered in warranty, are made free of charge only if the goods arrive Exw FKF S.r.l. together with this certificate of warranty filled and stamped by the retailer.

SERVICE WITHOUT GUARANTEE

FKF S.r.l. offers you the possibility to repair your product even if the warranty certificate is not valid (expired or not falling within the above cases). In this case, we invite you to contact the company directly; reparations and the shipping costs will be at your charge.
